何正霞，女，湖南怀化人，1979年2月生。教授，硕士生导师，管理学博士。主持和参与国家和省部级课题10余项，其中主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，主持教育部人文社科规划基金项目1项，主持江苏省社科基金1项，主持江苏省高校哲学社会科学重点项目1项，主持江苏省高校哲学社会科学一般项目1项。获得2019年江苏省优秀博士论文，第七届梁希青年论文二等奖，江苏省“社科应用研究精品工程”优秀成果二等奖，徐州市哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖和三等奖。长期担任Energy Policy, Journal of Cleaner Production, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, Building and Environment, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Economic Analysis and Policy等国际知名期刊的审稿专家。担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家。任中国能源学会专家委员会新能源专家组委员。
长期从事于新能源产业技术创新、新能源汽车创新扩散和企业环境战略等领域的研究。在国际顶级期刊《Business Strategy and the Environment》、《Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews》、《Energy Policy》等累计以第一/通讯作者发表SSCI/SCI论文30余篇。发表于《Journal of Cleaner Production》代表作“Impact of urbanization on energy related CO 2 emission at different development levels: Regional difference in China based on panel estimation”累计被引用178次,为ESI高被引论文。
